Use the glossary to lock brand terms

Brand names, product terms, tone-of-voice fixes – never mistranslated again.

What the glossary does

The glossary is a list of source-term → target-term pairs (per locale) that Datora enforces in every translation, regardless of which AI provider runs the job.

Add an entry

  1. Go to Glossary.
  2. Click Add term and enter the source value, locale and target value.
  3. Optionally set Case sensitive and Whole word only.

Best practices

  • Add brand names, SKUs, model names and any "Do Not Translate" tokens.
  • Add tone-of-voice fixes (e.g. en→de "you" → "du" not "Sie").
  • Re-run translations on existing fields after a glossary update via the Find & replace panel.
